Your Delivery Journey
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Before Delivery:
You will receive notification via text or email 24 hours before your delivery. Time slots are between 7am and 9pm.
Important: If your property is under renovation, awaiting completion, or if you are unavailable on your scheduled delivery day please advise us at the time of ordering.
Checking Your Delivery:
Please inspect all items carefully before signing. Check packaging for any tears, dents or damage. Report all damages within 24 hours with photographic evidence to info@lorinzerliving.com
Assembly Service(if asked for services):
Our delivery team can assemble your bed in your chosen room for a minimal additional charge. You may also arrange your own fitters if preferred.
Access Requirements:
Please check all product dimensions before ordering to ensure goods will fit into your home. If our logistics partner cannot complete delivery due to access issues, a fee of up to 50% per item may be charged to cover transportation and administration
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be emailed to us as soon as you receive your delivery notification. Cancellations on the day of delivery will incur a £70 surcharge with no exceptions.
Deliveries booked and then cancelled at time of booking will also incur a £70 charge.
Missed Delivery:
If you miss your booked delivery a £70 surcharge will apply. Please ensure someone is available at your address on the confirmed delivery day.
Delays:
Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery. Lorinzer Living is not responsible for any loss arising from delivery delays.
Scotland and South West England may experience longer lead times — please allow up to 4 additional weeks in some areas.
After Delivery
Keep all original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order. You will need packaging if a collection is arrange.

How long does delivery take?
We currently estimate delivery to be 7-14 working days. Scotland and South West England may require up to 4 additional weeks in some areas.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is completely free across mainland UK. Remote areas and Northern Ireland may incur an additional charge.
Surcharges apply:
Central Scotland: £14.95
North Scotland: £70
Northern Ireland: £170
Which day will my order be delivered?
Delivery days are assigned by region:
Midlands, South East & North West: Sat or Sun only
South Wales & South West: Wednesday only
Scotland & North East: Thursday only
If your assigned day is not convenient, our logistics partner will work with you to rearrange.
Will I get a delivery time slot?
Yes — you will receive a text or email 24 hours before your delivery with a time slot.

Can I cancel my delivery?

No — we use an independent specialist logistics partner who takes far greater care with furniture deliveries than mainstream couriers.

Yes but an additional charge of £170 applies. This is payable separately afterorder confirmation.
Where do you not deliver?
We do not deliver to:
— Republic of Ireland
— Isle of Man
— Isle of Wight
— Isle of Skye
What if my bed won't fit through access points?
Please check all product dimensions before ordering. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues a fee of up to 50% per item may be charged to cover transportation and administration costs.
Can I request assembly?
Yes — assembly service is available at additional cost. This must be confirmed and arranged before placing your order. Standard delivery is ground floor drop off only. Drivers are not insured inside customer premises.
What if my property is not ready for delivery?
Please advise us at the ordering stage if your property is under renovation, awaiting completion, or if you will be unavailable on weekends so we can plan accordingly
