Mattresses are sold separately, allowing you to use your existing mattress or add one of our handcrafted pocket sprung or orthopedic mattresses to your order.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 to mainland UK postcodes. Every Lorinzer Living bed includes a 24-Month structural frame warranty and a 12-Month upholstery guarantee covering manufacturing faults. You can cancel your order free of charge within 36 hours of placement before custom crafting begins. Standard non-bespoke orders qualify for 14-day returns. If your item arrives damaged, simply report it within 24 hours with photos and our team will immediately arrange a replacement or repair.
