How long does delivery take for a bed or mattress?
Beds are handcrafted to order and typically delivered within 4–6 weeks. Mattresses are usually delivered within 5–8 working days. You will receive tracking information once dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery across mainland UK. Remote areas may incur an additional charge — contact us for a quote.
Do you deliver across the whole UK?
Yes, we deliver across mainland UK.For Scotland, Northern Ireland and remote postcodes please contact us before ordering.
Do you offer an assembly service?
Yes, our delivery team offers a complimentary assembly service. You may also refuse assembly at point of delivery and arrange your own fitters.
What exactly happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed your bed enters our production queue within 36 hours. Our craftspeople then hand-build your bed to your exact specifications. You will receive updates at each stage.

Are all beds and mattresses made in the UK?
Yes. Every Lorinzer Living bed is designed and handcrafted in Britain by skilled local craftspeople using premium sustainable materials.
Can I customise my bed?
Yes — you can choose your fabric, colour, size and storage option. Use our free fabric sample service to find your perfect match before ordering.
How do I measure for my bed?
Measure your room and add 20cm to each dimension of the bed size to ensure proper fit. Our team can also advise via live chat, email or WhatsApp — just send us photos of your space.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer Single, Double, King, Super King and EU sizes. Check our Size Guide for full dimensions.
Can I order fabric samples?
Yes — we offer free fabric samples

Are your bed photos accurate to the real product?
All photos are taken in studio conditions. Fabric colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting. We strongly recommend ordering free samples before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my bed?
As all beds are custom made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. Please read our full Returns Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 36 hours of placing your order. After this point your bed enters production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
What if my bed arrives damaged?
Please inspect all items before signing for delivery. Report any damages within 24 hours with photographic evidence to info@lorinzerliving.com
What if parts are missing?
Contact us immediately with part numbers and we will dispatch replacements at no charge.
Are mattresses returnable?
Mattresses are strictly non-returnable once unsealed, as required by Consumer Contracts Regulations.

What guarantee do you offer?
Every Lorinzer Living bed comes with a 1 year manufacturer guarantee covering manufacturing defects. Our beds are built to last a decade or more.
What safety tests do your products go through?
All our beds undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Every piece is inspected by our craftspeople to ensure it meets our highest standards.
Are your beds flammability tested?
Yes. All Lorinzer Living beds comply with UK fire safety regulations (BS 5852) and are tested accordingly.
Do memory foam mattresses make you warm?
Modern memory foam mattresses are designed with breathable layers to regulate temperature. Our mattress range includes options specifically designed for temperature neutral sleep.
How do I care for my bed?
Vacuum upholstered surfaces regularly. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve fabric colour. Full care guide available on request.

Do you offer finance options?
Yes — we offer an interest free 3 instalment payment plan on all orders. Split your purchase into 3 equal payments with absolutely no interest or hidden charges.
How do I apply for finance?
