Every fabric in our collection is carefully selected for both beauty and durability. We use only premium upholstery-grade materials tested for pilling, fading and everyday wear — so your bed looks as good in years to come as it does on day one.
Care Instructions
- Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust
- Spot clean spills immediately with a clean damp cloth
- Use a mild fabric cleaner for stubborn marks — test on hidden area first
- Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach or abrasive cleaners
- Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
- Professional deep clean recommended once a year

Cancellation
- Cancel within 36 hours of ordering at no charge
- After 36 hours — unable to cancel once in production
Returns
- Bespoke/custom orders cannot be returned for change of mind
- Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- £150 collection charge applies on agreed returns
Warranty
- 24-month structural frame warranty
- 12-month fabric and upholstery warranty
- Covers manufacturing defects — not normal wear and tear

Whether you're storing bedding, clothing or seasonal items, our ottoman beds combine everyday comfort with effortless, practical storage in one elegant design.
Note: If you select the ottoman gas lift mechanism, please be aware that the bed does not come with a floor to place the items on, it shall be a hollow space underneath the mattress. The ottoman featured bed shall have no feet unlike the wooden slats base version.
