Our Returns & Refund Policy
All Lorinzer Living beds are handcrafted to order in Britain. Because each piece is made especially for you, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of our products.
Custom Made Orders
As all our beds are hand-finished to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns for:
— Change of mind after production
— Incorrect measurements taken by customer
— Fabric or colour preference changes.
We strongly recommend ordering our free fabric samples before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 36 hours of placing it at no charge. After 36 hours, once your bed has entered production, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

Manufacturing Defects
If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it under the following conditions:
1. Report within 24 hours of delivery
2. Provide photo or video evidence via email
3. Allow us the opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery before signing.

— Record any missing boxes with the courier immediately.
We cannot accept responsibility for damages reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Returns & Collection
In cases where a return is agreed:
— £150 collection charge applies.
— Items must be on ground floor for collection.
— Original packaging must be retained.
— 60% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns
Assembly Service
Assembly service can be booked at the time of placing your Order. This service does not take into account the exact measurements or access to the bedroom of choice.

Mattresses
Mattresses are strictly non-returnable once unsealed, as required by Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Can I return my bed if it doesn't fit?
As all beds are custom made to order we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. We recommend measuring your space and adding 20cm to each dimension. Our team can advise via live chat, email or Instagram.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 36 hours of placing your order. After this point your bed enters production and cannot be cancelled.
What if my bed arrives damaged?
Please report all damages within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to info@lorinzerliving.com. We cannot accept claims after this period.
What if parts are missing?
Contact us immediately with the part numbers and we will dispatch replacements at no extra charge.
Are fabric colours exactly as shown?
Photos are taken in studio conditions and colours may vary slightly in person. We strongly recommend ordering free fabric samples before purchasing.
Is there a guarantee on my bed?
Yes — every Lorinzer Living bed comes with a 1 year manufacturer guarantee.
What about slight variations in button alignment on Chesterfield beds?
All our beds are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of Chesterfield designs, please allow 98% precision in button and upholstery placement — this is the nature of true craftsmanship.
