All Lorinzer Living beds arrive securely flat-packaged in modular sections (headboard, footboard, side rails, and base) designed to fit easily through standard UK doorways, hallways, and staircases. Comprehensive assembly instructions and all necessary fixings are included. Setup is straightforward and typically takes 30–45 minutes with a standard screwdriver. We also offer an optional professional assembly service upon request.
How does the storage mechanism work, and how much space is provided?
Our ottoman beds feature heavy-duty gas-lift hydraulic pistons that allow you to lift the mattress with minimal effort, providing a smooth, assisted opening and closing action. The storage compartment offers 26–30cm of usable depth across the full interior footprint of the bed frame—ideal for storing spare duvets, pillows, bed linen, suitcases, and seasonal clothing.
Can I choose different fabrics and colors, and can I order free samples first?
Yes. Every bed is custom built to order in Britain. We offer over 40 luxury upholstery fabrics including Plush Velvet, Chenille, Naples, Linen, and Boucle in a wide spectrum of neutral and vibrant shades. We highly recommend ordering our free fabric sample swatches online before purchasing so you can inspect the texture and color in your own bedroom lighting.
What mattress sizes fit this bed frame, and does it come with a mattress?
Our bed frames are crafted to standard UK mattress dimensions: Single (90x190cm / 3ft), Small Double (120x190cm / 4ft), Double (135x190cm / 4ft 6in), King (150x200cm / 5ft), and Super King (180x200cm / 6ft). Mattresses are sold separately, allowing you to use your existing mattress or add one of our handcrafted pocket sprung or orthopedic mattresses to your order.
How long does UK delivery take, and will you deliver to my room of choice?
Because each bed is handcrafted to your exact specifications by our British craftspeople, delivery is typically completed within 7–14 working days. Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 to mainland UK postcodes. Prior to dispatch, our specialist delivery courier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window, and they will bring the packaged boxes directly into your room of choice.
What warranty is included, and what is your return policy?
Every Lorinzer Living bed includes a 24-Month structural frame warranty and a 12-Month upholstery guarantee covering manufacturing faults. You can cancel your order free of charge within 36 hours of placement before custom crafting begins. Standard non-bespoke orders qualify for 14-day returns. If your item arrives damaged, simply report it within 24 hours with photos and our team will immediately arrange a replacement or repair.
