Comprehensive assembly instructions and all necessary fixings are included. Setup is straightforward and typically takes 30–45 minutes with a standard screwdriver. We also offer an optional professional assembly service upon request.
How does the storage mechanism work, and how much space is provided?

Our bed frames are crafted to standard UK mattress dimensions: Single (90x190cm / 3ft), Small Double (120x190cm / 4ft), Double (135x190cm / 4ft 6in), King (150x200cm / 5ft), and Super King (180x200cm / 6ft). Mattresses are sold separately, allowing you to use your existing mattress or add one of our handcrafted pocket sprung or orthopedic mattresses to your order.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £100 to mainland UK postcodes. What warranty is included, and what is your return policy?
Every Lorinzer Living bed includes a 24-Month structural frame warranty and a 12-Month upholstery guarantee covering manufacturing faults. You can cancel your order free of charge within 36 hours of placement before custom crafting begins. Standard non-bespoke orders qualify for 14-day returns. If your item arrives damaged, simply report it within 24 hours with photos and our team will immediately arrange a replacement or repair.
